For Returns:

To make a return or exchange go to and enter your order number and shipping zip code found on your packing slip. You’ll be able to download a pre-paid return label to send your items back to us. Please ship your order back to us in the original packaging with the packing slip. We will refund your order within five days of receiving the items.

Of course, please try on your shoes to make sure they fit. However, please test them inside so that they will be in their original condition if a return is necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any final sale items or on any products that are not in their original condition.
