For Returns:

To make a return go to and enter the email you used to place your order. You’ll be able to download a pre-paid return label to send your items back to us. Please ship your order back to us in the original packaging with the packing slip. We will refund your order within five days of receiving the items.

Of course, please try on your shoes to make sure they fit. However, please test them inside so that they will be in their original condition if a return is necessary.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any final sale items or on any products that are not in their original condition.

For Exchanges:

The fastest way to complete an exchange is to make a return here and then place a new order online. Alternatively, you can email us at and we can process a new order on your behalf. When completing your return, be sure to check the “Is this an exchange?” box.
